SDI OPEN WATER SCUBA DIVER
The Open Water Scuba Diver SDI course is an introductory course designed to provide the skills necessary to safely conduct open water dives. Some of the many skills you will learn include buoyancy, proper weighting, marine conservation, equipment setup, proper dive planning, and good maintenance. The course covers all the basic knowledge about installation, physiology and the marine environment, as well as training students to perform basic skills underwater. This course is the key to start exploring dive destinations around the world or just the ones in your backyard.

Qualified to dive to 18 metres with a buddy. - Your certification card is valid for life but frequent pool refreshers and practise pool sessions are highly recommended.
- As a Dive Wimbledon student you are invited to join our friendly and dive club for social events and diving here and abroad.
- The next step is the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course.
